jackalyng - You can just do that from the cashier I think, you will be taken to their website and you can cashout from there.

ok, here's my question- I have been playing for hours and hours... and only about 100 of the hands 'counted'... Apparently, it only 'counts' as a hand if you pay into it as the big blind, or call the big blind.. According to my calculations, it would cost approximately $175.00 to 'play' 700 hands... I appreciate the 50 to start off with and everything, but are you serious? I'm playing the cheapest tables, and so far I'm at 40.00.... after 100 "hands"... I am not fond of the ring/cash games, I typically play in tournaments.. would it be possible to play tournament games with part of the 50, to keep my cash level up far enough to continue? I am much better in the tourn. than in a cash game, and if I just play cash games, I'll run out of money loooong before I hit 700 hands...

When I choose the cashier menu I do not have an option for bonus status. The only sub menu options I have are: deposit, cash out, transaction history, help, set your deposit limit & cash out history. Any suggestions?

To JsBride2B who is upset about the 700 hands.......its totally possible!! BTW - it counts as a raked hand anytime you see the dealer take some money from the pot. Read Just Starting Out....A Word Of Advice. I was really impressed playing his way versus playing the way I used to. You get a lot more bang for your buck but you have to be patient.
