Sorry you had to wait so long for my reply, just came back from vacation.

You dont have to be in the big blind to get the hand counted, it depends if the pot gets bigger than 1 or 2$ so their is rake paid to the casino.
Unfortunately tournaments / sit and go's are not counted towards your raked hands and we can't do anything about this. However if you are making profit playing sng's I would recommend sticking to that until you got a decent bankroll.

M1ke i dont think blackjack is counted and we strongly advice you to not play blackjack

why is my account being accused of being a fraud?

I did everything the procedure told me to but it seems the money didnt reach my account. After I checked my account on Party Poker it seemed my real money account wasnt active (But I did complete the registration). So this morning when I tried to update my real money account for the money to go in, all I get is this message:
