This situation was at a 2-5 live game in Canada. There is a guy is who visibly very drunk. By the time it gets to the river, the drunk is heads up with someone else and he puts out a large river bet of $400 on the river. Opponent goes into the tank for a long time, maybe about 5 minutes or so. After the 5 minutes go by, the dealer pulls the bet closer and breaks it down and says "400 to call". The drunk then says "400? Too rich for my blood" and mucks his hand.
