Could it be because the way they were talking that he actually didn't want to stack Jamie at the river? I think Sammy actually tells the truth there and would shove the rest if it was anyone else. He actually sympathized for Jamie that hand and checked it down for him. Jamie looked like he was about to cry with his KK. "OMG you have AA don't you T.T". I know it sounds weird but its like those people that say SORRY after stacking you.

i'm only a life tilt. why couldnt they play the hand normally? gold would be allin before river for sure and he would get stacked

Yeah although it seems really naive, i think it could be the case.

I'm kind of getting sick of watching HSP for the fact that.. it's not even poker anymore.. It's like oh lets run it 30x so the odds will even out. THIS IS POKER. You live and you die by the outcome. I'm really getting tired of the fact that they're playing with scared money. I do get that its a hell of a lot of money 500k is a ton.. but they signed up to play, and I really think they are killing the game on national television.
