lol what? Tony has never been stopped by strikes and walked through bombs from RDA. The Lando fight, he took a ton of bombs from an absolute monster and was ok. I think you don't realize how much of beast Lando is. He landed a bunch of monstrous strikes on Tony.

He doesn't have enough pure power to KO him, nor the body to withstand Khabib TDs.

His best skils are cardio, rolling with punches, conditioning, and will. None of those will help him against Khabibs strengths.

It's very possible he can wear Khabib down. Like Puerto's post said, Khabibs style seems very taxing cardio wise for a 5 rounder. Then again he's never looked tired before from my memory. But Tony has a super active guard and insane pace similar to the Diaz bros.

There's a list I saw about his opponents pre-UFC and their terrible shit records, this whole 16-0 is bullshit and I never really bought into the hype once I saw it. Tony Ferguson is long and offensive BJJ minded, he will catch his sloppy entries with a flying knee, elbow or with a darce and finish him under 3 rounds.

There isn't a physical way he isn't going to be able to rape Tony Fergusson with his wresling. It doesn't work physics wise. Tibau is a different body type.

I don't think hell break him like he says, hell try. but hes still going to beat him convincingly, in a way where he understands he wont win a rematch.

I'm a very good fighter myself actually. I've been with these people that have wrestled bears. They're more animalistic, when they say they're going to break you, they already feel it. By the time they say it they already know.

Tony will expose this kebabski. The only problem I see with Tony is getting hit by strong strikers like Conor, kebab has got shit for hands so this will end badly for kebab and people will stop believing this 24-0 bullshit Dana is selling to get Russia on board. Not saying Fergie cant win, we're only discussing ways how each fighter can win or lose. If you're biased towards a fighter then you probably shouldn't make any bets.

I dont see how this fight goes to 5 rounds either way, Khabib should easily last at least 4 rounds at his top game.

I'm guessing whoever wins the range war wins the fight. Ferguson s dangerous on the ground, but Khabib is a pure beast so and its the other way around when it comes to combo throws, Khabib just does it to get them to the ground, and sometimes feel like they are not coordinated well, which can be exploited by a good stirker.


Tibau fight seems like the easiest 29-28, with Tibau winning round 2, round 1 TIbau did absolutely nothing, round 3 he managed to put him on the ground for 3seconds and take his back for another 2 seconds doing no damage at all meanwhile, Khabib was controlling 95% of the fight and was doing much more dmg... dunno why would you think Tibau won that, TDD doesnt do much for points if u do no damage either.

Also Tibau looks like a worse version of RDA, which Khabib won against quite decisively. And a fight from 5 years ago can't really say much for the current situation

I forgot to mention that the UFC randomly added 2 extra fights to this card 2 days ago (February 23). Prior to 2 days ago, there was no mention of these fights. Since this is a really important card and there was only 10 fights listed after some people got hurt, it looks like the UFC probably rushed to put them together because 2 of the fighters were just signed recently, and the girl, Cynthia Calvillo, just fought 1 month ago on the regional scene. They're both on Fight Pass.

Amanda Cooper (2-2) vs. Cynthia Calvillo (3-0) (Women's Strawweight)
Albert Morales (6-1-1) vs. Andre Soukhamthath (11-3) (Bantamweight)

Regarding Calvillo, she is from Team Alpha Male, and should have the advantage on the feet. Cooper will be the thicker and much stronger woman and maybe even taller, while also having the wrestling advantage. I see this as the standard fight where 1 girl is brought in on short notice (2 weeks in this case) and loses a fight because she is too green and may also have UFC jitters, while her opponent is also taking this fight on short notice but she already has 2 fights in the UFC and has an entire season of TUF under her belt and will be confident going up against a weaker opponent. That being said, Calvillo did beat Aspen Ladd 3 years ago in the amateurs, while Cooper lost to Ladd as a professional 1.5 years ago. Maybe Calvillo will be more fresh because she just fought 1 month ago, while Cooper might be out of shape? Dunno.

Morales is a technical brawler who leaves his chin in the air. He's offensively dangerous, but is defensively weak. I don't know anything about Andre, aside from him being a striker.
