yeah suicide bombs usually require religious conviction. The attack against the dortmund bus was a guy trying to make it look like IS, but I really doubt that's the case here. I also think it's more of a desperation move at this point, taking the best opportunity to inflict the most damage, without a real clear thought about the political implications. IS is spread thin, the caliphate-claims no longer really work for them.

I think you are missing the mark here for many reasons.
Even if you assume such an absurd ambitious social engineering from the Russians were in motion (extremely unlikely), Putin is currently the biggest threat to the existance of terrorist cells and the instauration of a Caliphate, the Muslim brotherhood does not want a strong Russia.
I mentioned that slow European cultural erosion is more dangerous than armed conflict against such weak opponents however that is also another huge social engineering plan nearly impossible to carry out properly and it doesnt bring a Caliphate unlike warfare and since the brotherhood's main goal is the caliphate I suppose strife is the way to get it.
Its a silly goal since even if it gets established it will be demolished very fast but that isnt obvious to somebody who believes god is in their side

And Hillary clinton gave 20% of the production of Uranium to Russia... having ties with someone it doesnt mean its part of a huge social engineering plans in a currency war by electing nationalistic leaders, more likely than not those plans and actions are more immediate.
Also ISIS primarly goal isnt to destroy Europe, but to create a Caliphate, armed conflict with the west seems to make it more likely.

What are you talking about. How is there no solid proof of pointing towards that? Putin is the supreme leader of Russia, there is not a single person in the country that doesn't answer to him. His political opposition randomly dies and billionaires that don't act on his behalf have all of their property in the country seized and are put on trial. Saying all of that to just paint the picture of how far the guy will go for absolute control. That being said nationalist leader's main idea is to weaken the EU, which just happens to be the priority number one for Putin as well. Considering 90% of them have ties to Russia you are saying thats not a direct evidence? Obviously no one will go out in public and say " I receive money from Russia to try and destroy the EU " as thats what you imply would be the direct evidence. Russia is afraid of NATO expansion and EU, undermining those organizations is the main political goal for the country.

A whole political campaign is not a connection to an individual rather than a whole political party. One that manages to receive 2nd majority in elections in one of the most important countries in Europe
