If you are training 6-8 hours a day 6 days a week and still doing 2 hours of cardio a day, you are doing it wrong. Definitely inefficient use of time spent training. Not to mention it is severe overtraining. 3 hours of technique/sparring a day should be more than enough.

I was pushing 10-12hours a day for about 6months before I had to go back to work. 6-8 really isn't that much when you break it down, 2x 90min BJJ sessions, 90mins Muay Thai, 90min Sparring, then a few extra rolls/rounds after classes. I know a lot of fighters and that's pretty average. I feel great afterwards, still have tons of energy for work and activities/sports with my kids, I could easily do a lot more if I had the time.

We have now sunk to a depth at which restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men.

That's why you also pick radiohead, first you wow him with the ability to play songs in your head, then go in for the kill.

I thought the stipulation for revive was that the person you revived, wouldn't be aware you had done it?

The way I read it was that the person is revived and unaware that you have done it. It doesn't say anything about you not being able to tell them. And just because they are unaware of who has brought them back to life doesn't mean they haven't experienced non-existence (or an alternate existence/life after death). I think my interpretation was fine since it was worded "wouldn't be aware that you have done it, rather than unaware that it was done to them.

fuck I should just sell some of my Pokemon cards, if no one stakes that is what I will have to do - lostaccountLast edit: 22/05/2015 04:38

Reviving someone doesn't mean he will know whats after death. Let's say absolutly nothing happens, the person will just be like "huh, i don't remember anything from after my death?". But even if what happened after death was heaven or something, it doesn't mean you will remember it after reviving. I'm not sure there would be some sort of fusion between your "after death" brain and your life brain. Logically, there shouldn't be one.
