I moved finally - almost 3 days without Internet boys and girls :O
Here are some pictures.
Just to recap

- $185 rent including all bills
- under 10 minutes everywhere (shops, public transport, family, sports hall where I train)
- All stuff like microwave, washing mashine, shower in the flat already
- share flat with 2ppl - professionals work in factories nearby, hardly in the flat during the day
- own storage space downstairs for bike, suitcases
- balcony's mine, not shared
- blinds in windows, asked landlord to remove drapes for a more office like feel

th ebedding is from grandma/totally shit so I'll replace it soon

I'm looking for an armchair to be put where the suitcases are with a small table - opposite wall from computer to watch vids/movies from

Sorry to say, but that looks absolutely depressing. I would not want to grind poker there for a living.

Looks pretty nice to me, cozy with some nature outside. And the cheap rent makes it much better. Every time I have lived in an expensive apartment I have felt terrible and stressed because I need to keep making so much money just to maintain some gilded cage of an apartment. Being financially free feels better than a silk bed.

Looks like a steal to me for like 185 a month. Good luck and stay real.

make it very colorful. You're going to be living in that room for many, many hours. Lots of colors are needed.

I dunno man, it's got nice office like feeling now, sister liked the next room with drapes and plants and a TV a lot more but I say fuck that, if I want fun I can go meet up my pals or go to the cinema - I'm here to focus and it should look that way.
The layout is maximum space for stretching and what not and no distractions.

I train floorball 4x per week 1.5hrs with 3 different groups of people +have games every other weekend with traveling, and my friends and family live or work nearby so unlike it would've been in Scotland I won't go mental staying in the room 24/7 and when I'm here it's to grind or do related stuff.

I dont think he meant "distractions". For some people it is very important to have a cosy eye candy place to live, and since you play at home you could have the opportunity to shape your work environment the way it pleases you. But for some people it is totally superfluous.
Anyway, gl man.

Looks pretty good to me. Wish you could find a place for $185/m even with 2 roomates here..

This is what I mean. Paint the walls abstract shit-thrown-on-the-walls-by-your-baby style.

If you're only there to grind, and not meet people, then i guess - it looks good. From personal experience, balancing a social & work life is key to succeeding in both areas.

I agree with iop, looks like a pretty depressing room. I'd buy some paintings or some plants or something.

Kick ass steal with how low the rent is though, nice find.

looks fine to me, i've spent years grinding in places smaller than that.
All you need is a couple posters, a big bookshelf and whiteboard will make you look intelligent. Oh, and a sniper rifle. Every place with a balcony needs a sniper rifle!

Oh I forgot to mention that your room is kind of bare... like people said... posters or something If you're not staying there for a long time, don't bother since it's a hassle putting stuff up/taking it down when you move out... But yea, it's kind of a boring room with nothing on the walls :D

Oh wait. What country are you in??? As far as the room being bare and the small bed etc, you can prob get a girl in there anyway if it's a 3rd world country :D

Oh, I didn't mean prostitution. I meant that in countries with lower per capita income, girls are more impressed that you have your own place and don't live with your family or something like that, idk. :D

lol all the canadians and generaly first world ppl who are saying how siiiik the price is ... you prolly dont know that the avg paycheck in Liberec is around 650usd ... so 185usd for 1 room like that isnt really a steal
Also i like the room pretty much... he can easily throw all the old furniture out and buy everything new from Ikea or so for like 600usd or so if he wants and the room would be very cool imo.

There is a widely distributed paper called Tipservis, where people post their adverts in short versions, you know like your parents have done before the internet. I bought it to look for flats and furniture, but in the very same paper there is a whole section labeled "relationships" where both brothels offer jobs to girls and advertise. There is like 50 women publicly advertising private services in it :D

This gives me hope I have been playing No-Limit poker for 5 years and still can't be $100NL and have been trying to get a place. If you can play and post for over 5 years and not beat $20NL there is hope. Good luck my friend!
