Dan Bilzerian facing charges with possibility up to 6 years in prison

The king of high stakes poker (as he claims), guns, half-naked woman and instagram pictures is facing some serious problems. First, Dan Bilzerian got banned from an exclusive nightclub in Miami after he allegedly assaulted a model by kicking her in the face.

Model Vanessa Castano filed a police report after the incident that happened last Saturday night.

Dan Bilzerian explained himself: "Actually 2 girls attacked a girl I was with to the point they gave her a black eye and threw her off the table and went after her, b/c they wanted to get closer to me​."

However, that's not everything. Just two days later Bilzerian was arrested at LAX airport. Police said he made an attempt to create an explosive device.
Again he commented: "Trashy gossip websites that don't fact check have been intentionally spreading false information about me. The allegations being made against me are absolutely false, and I'm looking forward to shedding light on what happened through proper channels.
I'll have nothing else to say on the matter now, until it's complete."

Dan Bilzerian court case is going to happen early in 2015 and if in both cases he is found guilty - he is facing up to 6 years in prison.

The title is a bit misleading, which lead me to think that he's been charged with 6 years in prison.

Thats the thing Spitfiree, you are attributing those elements to his personality. He's an actor. His product is fantasy, and he sells that through outrageous exploits and female extras. It's not who he really is and you can detect that when you listen to him. It all kinda started out of randomness before he realized he could monetize this image and sell it, and now he has sponsorship. It's really no different than watching Jersey Shore or some other "reality" tv show. In fact if anything his "show" is like a found footage documentary; instead of be followed around with a camera crew and professional lighting speaking to the audience in a sound booth he is followed around with a cellphone cam, it's all part of the illusion.

I feel like everyone in the world ever defines intelligence how they want to define it or taking it a step further defines it in a way that would benefit their "intelligence grade."

With that said, under a lot of definitions that I would say are not horrible (because they would say I am probably smart! yay!), Dan Bilzerian is an intelligent dude.

From my dealings with him... (there it is! humblebrag! I have hung out with him! oh my god! (He probably does not remember me))... I would say he is definitely intelligent. Super intelligent in many aspects. Definitely not in the let's sit down and learn how to do multivariable calculus right quick or freakishly good at coding or a lot of the other ways that many "nerds" identify with intelligence but he is definitely sharp.

Anyways, I got done writing this much and realized I do not really want to spend too much more time on that position than that. I always kind of felt that no one really posts pro-blitz stuff on the internet because the people that have spent any time with him think to themselves, "no way blitz would ever go around forums defending himself so I will not either." Agree up to a point, he definitely isn't the guy he shows to the world. However what i detect are notions of far worse stuff, but neither of our opinions about that matter I guess since we cant exactly give facts to our statements.
