don't you think he should be checking behind almost all his flush draws OTT, he would have to bluff with like 77?

Im not sure what to do tomorrow when I see her, should I shake her hand?? -Floofy

If he's checking all his flush draws on the turn, it seems like betting the turn is better. Gotta bet the turn more so we can put pressure on his floats and pairs anyway.

I also dislike 3betting this hand. all Ax that call dominate us, and when we flop 5xx we can't be too happy. This hand plays extremely well just flatting button open.

joey wobbly played the hand semi ok for the dynamics of his game.

marshall is a hu specialist, wobbly is going to play him after the SNE is hit.

if he calls a lot of suited connectors and small pairs, this is exact type of hand to avoid 3betting. Reason being is that turn and river is gonna be too tough to make good decision vs his overall range.

If flop comes T J 6, ur most likely giving up.
A 3 8, u won't be good a lot when u get 3 streets of action
and on good flops like 4 5 9, you still won't be happy when all the money goes in on future streets.

Basically with our hand, our option on turn and river will almost always be mediocre at best unless we hit a board where our only concern is to get the stacks in. This hand is another good example. I think your turn play of check/calling is great. Not only does it protect our checking range, It's great hand to check/call. Our hand is similar to pocket kings with difference being that we now have blockers to an Ace. Folding would not be an option for me here since I would be 3betting with bluff catching in mind. My villain would have to be extremely bluff happy for me to 3bet this since most of the big pots I play I would be bluff catching. If I see villain checking back pocket nines, I'd know that my 3bet was a trainwreck.

edit: spacing
