yeah i know schmeff is good but river check behind seems so absurd like wtf

only thing i can think of is that he thinks his perceived flop 3-betting range doesn't contain any flushes b/c open enders w/backdoor flush draws have enough equity to flat flop or something (still seems like he could raise those anyway obviously), and actually expects you to be exploiting that at an optimal frequency.

seems like a huge stretch though lol

maybe misread his hand? -.-

not to mention Ac is on the board and turn means you couldn't even potentially have 98cc

confirmed softplaying

I'm always amazed at the fact that ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, when analizing a hand, takes into account the possibility of misclicks, they actually happen

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol

when was the last hand you were amazed that nobody accounted for the possibility of misclick?

you're right though seems as likely as anything here i guess

i don't think this is a missclick. I've played 10k+ hands with him now and he just gets really scared of the backdoor flush, or any river card that one of my bluffcatchers can hit. But also even though i'm really capped on rivers vs him as i am playing super aggro on the flop, still doesn't mean that i'm weak by the river, as it looks like a small proportion of my bluffcatchers hit the river. (clubs+pair). He had no time to go through the combos(playing 100 tables) so just went by first glance and nitted it up with the insta check.

You being capped on the flop Is kind of irrelevant to the river action. Assuming you weren't capped that is just adding hands he SHOULD be value betting versus on river.

Really this is just about ur cc hands vs hands worse than str8 u call with. And the Ac is out on the flop severely limiting those flush combos.

Not sure what this guy is really worried about here

any hand that you think villain played horribly you think to yourself "lol what a fish"

I always keep in mind it could've been a misclick unless it happens again

I try not to comment on hands of people who are a much higher level than me.
