I think if he was full stacked here it would be a very clear fold vs a range that pots this fold, and at 140 I wouldnt even consider it without a read that he fullpot folds :O

This is much worse with 140bb. Nobody is pot/folding like that 140 deep, and you are behind his range (45% vs AA).
I think shove is correct here - you need 42% and have about 45%, so go all in.
