I would go for 3-barrel on offsuit turn/rivers repping SET+ (or AK+) If you check this on the flop, what is your semibluffing range? I mean: value range is A8+, there are hands blended between value and semibluffs (like A+NFD). Adding semibluffing range to that is a good idea, and because your range is tight UTG, and has many A/K hands, there aren't many legitimate semibluffs left there. That's why I would bet your hand.
