Posts 8915 yeah 23 preflop is better imo, 20 IP I dont mind. not sure I agree with your thinking that they will 5b jam wider vs a smaller 4b because they have to risk more to win less in this case, even if your range is wider on a smaller 4b but whatever I dont really know. as for the flop definitely bet get it in you flopped good, and if you check flop I think betting this turn is severely bad.
