In fact im lost in this spot as im trying them out recently and cant figure out best move. I could just tighten my open range to more value against his loose 3b. |

yeah if you're opening A7o SB vs BB against this player bear in mind that you are unlikely to see many folds from him preflop

4bb from sb is too big, especially vs. someone 3betting that much. You can still open hands like A7o, just make it 2,5bb. |
