Kind of interesting and gross but I think river is just a call - he shows up with a flush here so often when he calls the shove as we assume 2-4 isn't in his range ... A7 - not so sure... Why not raise the turn if you're not going to check the river... And I don't believe he shows up with a flush so often which is why you should have read "he shows up with a flush so often when he calls" as i expect him to have weak hands that aren't calling shoves >> flushes>> hands that are calling the shove which aren't flushes.. yes if he led the river for half pot of course you're raising, did you even see the action or know anything about how people play?
