In general I've been super conservative with AQ pf, especially AQo. I generally won't call 3b with either, and while I'll almost always play AQs from most positions to one bet, I'll toss AQo if it's a few people in the post or I have crappy position. I think I'm missing some value here so anything better players can say about this is awesome 
As far as this hand, I call flop cuz I'm stubborn and maybe he feels like this is HIS pot. Besides I've seen QJ and KQ do this for what I assume is value so it's not like he must have a 7.
On turn I want him to fire away with bluffs and I figure there's a decent chance he has at least a queen. I don't know if I should bet to get calls from dumb hands like JJ-. It doesn't feel like he has those given flop raise.
