raise FD on the flop is highly +EV imo cuz we miss Qxx flop so often

he's 3betting an utg open out of position from someone who is (over a small sample) reasonably tight, hero's range on the flop is going to be very strong, i don't think raising a naked flush draw is that great of an option for villain. also Q9xss isn't super drawy but it's not super dry either. i don't know if he's callling 3bets with like 87s 76s etc though.
