not necessarily, he could easily have had trips, i guess he could have thought of you that you can have a lower flush, than his, probably Jack high, but i dunno. anyway i call.

his sizing is somewhat interesting.

i guess if he had a flush Ace high, he could check on the turn or the river, and with betting all the way with such sizing, it's somewhat puzzling. i still think he had trips [or air, lol].

I'd never fold to that sizing
if he overpots river then you can think about it but this is just a standard triple barrel, losing that little with second nut vs nut is a good thing.
