Dunno why you'd check raise flop as opposed to just cbetting, only thing you achieved was to put yourself in a bloated pot oop with 0 clue what to do on most turns and rivers |

yea i can see how cbetting is better against a thinking player. tbh i just hoped to get the money in. i was thinking something like this.
if i check i'm fairly sure that he will bet in position and the other player has to act oop. even if behind i got a ton of outs. i didn't put enough thought into how the hand would play out on turn and river.
so the pot on the flop was 9.50$, if i cbet like 7$ and get raised to like 18$ we just reraise and get it in right ? |
