It's a 3bet bluff because the only hands he would be doing this with is midset, top set and the nuts.
I think this play over time is break even over time - so it might be 50% midset and 2nd nuts - 100% top set and nuts in order to make it profitable. |

i would love mig's play if he had the Ah to go with the KK
otherwise this just looks really bad. strong flushes/nuts will snap him on the turn so often. I don't get his play. |
