hand 2 is always a raise on the flop barring the guy behind being some crazy spaztard. Anything this guy donks for value will always call a raise or 3bet, whereas there are a lot of turns that decrease your equity vs most of the middle part of his range.

edit: ok i didn't read your actual post clearly but still keep in mind everything i say here and THEN evaluate if its still more +EV to keep the fish in on THIS texture with your EXACT hand with this donk bet

keep in mind he probably isn't "feeler betting" with JQ (very few combos of mid pairs here) so his donk is like what draws, monsters, and Kx? None of those are folding and you have the best hand always here.

10-11 seems fine. if you make it 10 the pot is ~25 with 48 effective, turn bet 15, pot is 55 with 33 remaining seems fine
