the bet size is enough imo, i have a pot size shove left on the river.
Well he would not raise 33 44 on flop because there is one guy left to act and he doesn´t want to push him out of the pot on this relatively dry board.
I think he would not raise a worse hand ever here exept perhaps Ax hh and i really doubt that he would do it.

70 into 66ish, id rather bet 24 on turn and shove 65 into 75ish
