blonde is 18/15/4% 3bet 38% aggro freq 86% fold to cbet over 471 hands. I must not of been involved in many pots with him, because I have no notes. He has raised no cbet (0/6) in his sample.

Looking at those stats, I suppose flop is a fold or turn is a x/f at least?

was thrown off my game at this point

we'll if they havn't raised the flop in 500 hands, and with pfr/vpip stats like those, yeah you could fold on flop or turn as your equity vs a set is just 26.5% on flop and 29% on turn. You really can't raise the turn here against these stats as you won't have nearly enough fold equity required to be profitable. I would only raise turn here vs people that actually flop raises and 2 barrel quite a lot.

wtf is c/sh turn repping and what hands do you expect to fold

terrybunny19240   United States. Aug 02 2010 19:18. Posts 13829

reps omgwtfbbq "4" and I thought villain might fold sets here sometimes with his sick nittiness.. haha maybe sounds crazy.. he tanked forever before calling with 44 (which MAJORLY WTFBBQ'd seeing as how he didn't appear to be a big flop raiser..)

so he slowrolled you? dirty

i would probably call turn again, both of you have 140bb
if he's bluffing he might bluff a spadeo n the river, with this draw u have like what, 30%? calling the turnbet is ev neutral even if he checks river behind.

guess he had to figure out if you had 89ss or not

hellokittery   United States. Aug 02 2010 19:23. Posts 1399

well to be fair 89 does beat him
but really i wouldn't expect to see you have 4x often at all. not many hands with a 4 are calling the flop raise besides 74ss, slowplayed 64 and a lot of people are most getting that in the flop
so i feel you're repping a very narrow range which is not very great unless villain is super nit

hmm def note that....maybe you can profitably turn jam vs this guy after all.

gororok, you prefer calling and c/sh spade turn?
can you explain?

edit: ah i see we're deep. would you still prefer that if we were 100bb deep?

you want to get it in with a naked Kh fd for 140bb on this flop?
you realize you get your money in as a dog always right?

gororokgororok   Netherlands. Aug 02 2010 19:38. Posts 3940

for 100bb i dont mind calling again either. i just think shoving turn is by far the most ev- move you make.

hellokittery   United States. Aug 02 2010 19:55. Posts 1399

kk i see. thx gororok

dUUd_   Estonia. Aug 03 2010 03:39. Posts 1840

yeah, you pick up extra equity against his range and then turn your hand into a bluff.
Just call again as you are 140bb deep.
gororok got it before me tho.

redsnuff: bets all in with bad preflop hand and tell me to learn poker redsnuff: senceless
