i dont understand the line, are u checking back for deception or because u think hes going to c/f this board alot? And if thats the case why are u overbetting the river? (if u dont mind explaining.)

Ya Storm God is very aggressive. His check on flop means he's giving up. He'll never have weak tpwk. On turn Storm God's range is weak hands that hes tryin to check call riv. I overbet bluff a tone on riv with hand like Q9 JQ etc and river was a card i would overbet bluff cuz it somewhat hits my "range" so i overbet to balance my range
