youre calling 4.50 to win 28 minus EV to call but you have KK just call anyway
personally i think its stupid that he put a third raise in pf, i mean he knows you have KK/QQ, AND he's in position so he knows you'd bet out, so he might as well call so if the board comes all low he's stacking you 100%
