Anyway I think he was slowplayin` here but I don't like his line at all (check-min-raise and river shove means mostly a big hand and It's a bad play imo). Your hand was pretty much defined and for him it was easy to push you out of it with nothing. But I don't think he bluffed here. For me, his hand range (on the turn) was most likely Ad3d - 9d ; mb A10o; 66 (my guess what he really had); A6. So you have the right odds to pay his min-raise, and If he is a good player, he should'nt let you draw out on him if he had 2 pair.
On the river, you can exclude any possible missed draw. So it's a clear fold for me. But that's me so...:d
