Thank you for contacting us.
The cards are shuffled every hand. Our Random Number Generator ensures
that a newly shuffled deck of cards is used for each hand.
Cards are drawn at random from the original deck, one at a time and
placed into the new deck. The process is repeated until all cards have
been used.
Players are then dealt from the new deck, followed by the Flop, Turn
and River. The cards are never shuffled during the hand, so the board
cards would be the same irrespective of the player's actions.
We would like to reiterate that hands are not programmed in advance and
it is impossible to predict what card will be dealt to which player or
which card will be dealt next. I hope that the above explanation will
help you to understand our system and the fairness of our games.
