no it's not unless you have a good read on your opponent and know that he tries to steal blinds often with trashy hands

position doesn't make up for the fact that your hand is almost unplayable postflop unless you hit 2pair or three 4's

as it is i don't think you can really fold this although KQ and several sets are possible

K4 ok in % for blind war, but it just plays badly post - flop like pokerintheface said... i'd much rather call that raise with something like T9s or QJ... barley any hands with k4 you could call a flop-bet with and nothing you'll be able to semi-bluff with..
