I hated folding this. I probably should've folded to the 3-bet. He's a pretty nitty player with a decent stack. Double-checks and then 3-bets, definetely got me thinking.

The dilema being he could easily be on a PP above the board and thinking I'm bluffing the ace. Something jusn't didn't feel right so I decided to call re-evaluate the river, and then he shoved.

I think you should check turn value bet river, his line is seriously weird...hard to put him on a hand. If you say he is nitty, consider what is in his 3betting range preflop, and then consider which of these hands contain an ace. The only one I can think of for a standard low limit nit is AA. If he is 3betting with medium pocket pairs like 99 and higher, then I think the only thing you'll be losing to here is 10 10. Doesn't look like he will have 10 10 though, he checks flop and checks turn, I think anyone who flops top set and wants to slow play it on a board like this will say 'enough is enough' and lead bet the turn regardless.

The only legit 3betting hands I can think of here which u lose to is AA (extremely unlikely), 10 10 (unlikely he 3bets it) or A 10 (even less likely to 3bet it than 10 10).

Honestly I think you should call here, expect to split with AK, and beat some retarded KK or AQ here. I doubt he'll have AA or 10 10 or A 10.
