Never been on an inter-continental flight but how exactly will your battery last 28hrs :D or is there a place on the plane to charge it ? Just curious. Have a great time there

HF bali is nice, although the south (with a lot of aussies) is not that nice imo.

28hours definitly seems long. dusseldorf-jakarta took me about 17 hours total, while waiting for 3 hours in dubai airport

If you do get in jail, bribe the cops. Don't call the embassy, because if you do that things go public and they won't let you out.
Also not sure how it is in bali, but i know in jakarta they can try and put weed on you (yes the cops), just keep an eye out. With money you can bribe any cop.
havent had good weed in bali... neither shrooms, but i guess if u spend enough time for research u'll find some
i guess you'll be staying in kuta if you mention surfing... and the spot is really nice to learn and not only
but be careful coz some nasty accidents happen there often coz its very crowded sometimes
3 months is a lot for kuta... get the best possible internet connection! it aint sweden
