I would do it in this terms:

1. You send first
2. When I recieve it in my FTP account I will withdrawal immediatly
3. We are gonna wait until FTP aprove the withdrawal and I recieve the money in my NETELLER account
4. I will send you the $1317 - 13,7X (X is the number of days that FTP takes to aprove the withdrawal, so if they take 10 days to aprove it, the amount I will send to you will be $1317 - 137 = 1180)

Last time I cashed out money @ FTP was like 15 days ago and it took exactly 7 days...

there are few players on .pl that are stuck with their cash outs ( neteller / bank ) since end of may/start of june ;(

can anyone from PL explain why they are getting fucked over? is it because you only had 1 cashout method and that method doesn't work anymore? seems very odd an EU country can't cashout
