Does anyone live near the San Fernando valley (Southern California) who would wanna possibly meet up and talk about hands/coach? I'm starting to play NL25 and I feel like I have no idea how to review my play to see if I'm even learning. I don't know what I should be focused on/leaks/etc. Or if I'm even a decent player.
None of my friends play poker so I have no one to talk to about hands/sessions/etc.
I dunno >.<.
NL25 for me so far.. . All rush.
And my month
BR currently at 714$ after hitting a high of $915 earlier today .

If interested, PM me your MSN name |

Thanks guys, I think tilt control is definitely most important for me to learn. I'm trying to get better... focusing on breathing techniques, taking breaks, studying variance, but it's still hard sometimes.
Lemon, I guess I play rush because it's fun to me. "Always in the action" kind of thing. The only reason I'm thinking of switching to normal 6max is because I think there's a chance that the rush games are more aggressive/tougher during the times that I usually end up playing. Rush NL25 and 10 usually only have 29-24% of players seeing a flop while the normal tables can have up to 35%. I'd image those games are probably softer overall.
Rush with a HUD isn't much different than a standard ring game except there's more stealing and fishy people tend to be unaware of their image because they are unaware of HUDs. |

normal 6m games are better for people who are good at active table selection |

HUD =/= dynamic at a specific table. |

Yeah but when you are playing 4000 hands in a rush session and another reg is doing the same there IS a dynamic. That's why it tilts me when people post rush hands and say "no read it's rush." |
