Im bored and been thinkin how i fucked my life up pretty good and that i need new priorities in life such as goin back to school. Thing is i dropped out of highschool needing only 2 more credits to graduate. I was rly smart and the last 2 years i just fucked everything. Went from taking AP classes and gpa of 4.7 to dropping out. I got a pretty decent ACT score for taking it hung over. Im 22 now and rly wana go back to school. What u guys think the best option for me right now.
Just get my GED and start at a community college then transfer to a better school. Or should i try and get my HS diploma and go from there. Any more suggestions or anything i should read / watch to motivate me.

getting a GED then go to community college will help you gradually prepare for a higher up university. Going from zero school work, and study habits to a lot higher needed for a university is very stressful. So go to the community college first then transfer after a semester or you get your associates, that way you'll be more prepared for the course work required in a university setting.

Talk to the people at the high school you used to go to and get advice. Chances are there is a way you can get those last credits still.

i mean would it be worth paying to get the highschool diploma. its like 500 a class online or some shit. so id spend about a grand to get it. Does a highschool diploma really matter once u get atleast an associates degree?
