I think it was something between 300-500 zlotys ($100-$180) per person. And the city I live in is Lublin (eastern Poland).

polish proms are called '100 days' (at least somewhat like that, you can not translate it literally), basically it means that they are around 100 days before you take your final exams at school

Actually I had my prom in the end of January. Like Sadi said, proms in Poland are about 100 days before the matura exams. They are even called sth like 100-day parties
