First of all, stopping a woman/girl in the street is x20 harder than going over to one at a bar etc. (You don't want to approach a woman in speed, and you don't want to approach her when she's alone, hardest then.) The process has to be slowed down x20. And I don't know if it's your English or the nature of people around Turkey/Iran etc, but you seem to come out very douchey and desperate (Like there's someone there but no one is driving), not ment to be taken the wrong way. Just something to think about if you're interested in the self-improvement department.
