For the past four days I have become extremely depressed. I never knew what running bad was until this week in my poker career. Everything was going well in NL 50 when I began a few weeks ago... I made quite a bit and then went on a 14 BI downswing only to retrieve the losses later on that week and make even more. Then last Thursday happened. And the next day and the next. I swung down 26 BI at NL 50. Set under set.... I never flopped a set when my my QQ/JJ would run into overpairs preflop. However, 6 times in a row I got all in preflop with an overpair and they flopped a set every single time. It was the most brutal and disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. But with the Lord on my side I began playing again today only to drop $300 more. I took a break came back at 1 am and it is now 7:30 am and not only did I dig myself out of the $300 hole I managed to make $600 on top of that. So Ship the 19 BI session and I am back!!

yeah its gay i took at shot at 50nl today, dropped 13 buyins in 6k hands, then i moved back down to 25nl and lost another 5 buyins there over another 4k hands. |

And poker is much more fun if you don't think about your short term results too much.
Anyway, nice volume and great dedication. Decently aimed hard work is probably the most important thing in poker, keep up the good work!
