It took me exactly 10 months to discover this.

I'm like spent from reading all that

I watched zaitsev's first video of myth of the redline, didn't think it was too good and it's abit out dated. And yup he definitely preaches playing ip, too far imo.
Three hands for example,
1 folded AJ from utg,
2 completed ATs from sb when something like a 70/0 limped from utg and everybody else folded
3 completed AJ from sb with two (or was it three?) limpers

He was trying to prove a point and did this on purpose.

Was the second video better in your opinion or about the same?

I don't see the point of worrying about having a positive red line. As long as I'm making money, I don't care if it comes from the red line or the blue line- those are just different styles of play. If you're playing against loose passive fish, you're going to be making money by going to showdown with the best hands, and losing money by folding your mediocre hands to them. If you really want to boost your redline, you can do it by never folding and always betting everything- but that would be retarded.
