I am 100% sure that you must have been tilting. Its close to impossible playing depressed and not tilting (If you accept the definition of tilt as anything less than your A game).

Go through your database and find spots that you could have played better, not just big pots but missed easy steals and small valuebets.

If you don't find any then leave FTP :o

Good point. It's just getting to me because with all my free time I have a lot of time and energy put into it this month and the results arent coming so its frustrating.

I think you know yourself how bad this sounds Richi
Feeling bad because of poker is -EV on the tables and -ev in real life.

And you have just created artificial monetary expectation and become results oriented when you expect time=> money in poker.
Its like me trying to bypass $1k/$3k/$5k, I always have to use rakeback to jump that leap because I am so results oriented when I get near these values and my performance drops rapidly it always seems impossible to cross those milestones.

I have recently realised that the right mentality and tiltlessness is way more important than hand reading and odds calculations at low stakes.
I really Recommend Eithfold Path of Poker enlightenment on DC, that series really turned my gains from poker by 180 degrees, I think I am repeating it in your blog -.-
