very nice blog, congrats on getting back on your game. I have recently started to play much better and for me personally it was nothing more than changing from playing 9 tables at a time to now only 6 tables at once and focusing on every decision. It really is a winning mindset that you have to develop and strive to maintain.

hey that's nice to know a rostucko story for once, im currently in the worst downswing of my poker life - long, extendeeeeeeeeeeeeed and brutal. made me realize a lot of stuff, yeah maybe ill do more things outside of poker(milfhunt more lol) and exercise from now on. so sick but thanks for this.
