sooooooooo bought a nice samsung tv, ln46b610, and as soon as i turn it on, helloooooo
i am assuming this is a moderate-to-serious problem that i should probably get it replaced. ohhhhhhhh, what a pain in the ass.
(it went away after leaving it off for a bit and coming back, but i really am bothered by it nonetheless. anyone can confirm that this is a standard non-issue? doubtful  )

nonetheless, if i just paid 2k(canadian) for a damned tv i think i want to make sure it actually works okay. fuuuck that. im getting it replaced if i can |

but it DID go away after a few more runs, my parents are trying to convince me that electronics have to be "broken in" and i say thats hogwash, no way. really? i dont think so.
not to mention im completely fucking neurotic and insane, so if i know my tv did this once, i'll just go completely berserk the whole time i have it. :o
(its from Best Buy. i dont think i will have any issues, its just quite a pain because once you finally set it up and sit back and you're like "okay, thats one thing i wont have to worry about for a while now" and then this :O ) |

Not a good start. If its happening today it won't stop imo. Return it and get a new one. You shouldn't have to deal with uncertainty when you're dropping that much money, even if it is Canadian dollars. |
