-Starting at NL10. $550
Move Up: 24BI up to NL100, Stop there until April 2k10
Move Down: 20BI , quit if I am at NL10 by april 2k10
Stop Loss: 2BI in one session, 4BI per day
Rule: Only 4 tables + up to 2 donkmants.
Breaking the rule of 4 tables and breaking stop loss in the process : I will withdraw to 20 BI at current limit and move down at 18.
Why?
Well Up24/ Down20 'Shot' seems to be perfect, 4bi should be enough while 24BI is not too little.
And as for the brutal withdrawal rule: I have to punish myself for multitabling, or I will never stop, and I would lose it anyway if I would multitable (If not in money terms, than at least in lost learning).
I never lasted more than 4 days at only 4 tables (and I have winrate average about 8bb/100 at 4 tables throughout stakes), hopefully I can make it this time around. My only goal still stands: A winner at NL200 in 12 months.
Wish me luck, I will make a post whenever I move up or down or break the rule.

That could be within a few minutes if you get coolered/sucked out on a couple of times early....? Or do you steam a bit if this happens? |

Well I don't really steam that much, just stop playing perfect. But losing even 2bi at micros at 4 tables is really a big deal for me with the quality of villains.

I Was actually playing NL100 for couple K hands.
You can read my previous posts, but basically I started my full time job and failed to handle the new regime, lost interest/started multitabling/ran really bad. and lost about 72% of my roll in 20 days.
A vicious circle really, and I am still not confident I can handle both my job and poker. |
