Its easy
Set goals and pursue them.Im having the same problem as u.So some days ago i made a schedule and im keeping it up thats the most basic thing u can do or at least thats what i think.If u dont have Will nothing will really change u |

last one...i swear.
it takes 18 days to start a habbit.
you literally have to train your brain to get out of the current rut and get into a new one.
and i would say don't get comfortable with 18 days, because then you might think you can lay off trying as hard to get motivated, and you could just return the the original rut, since you were in it for so long and thats what makes you feel comfortable.
surround yourself with thoughts constantly about what you want and what your goal is. |

i have things i really want to achieve in the coming weeks too - not poker related - i'd be happy to talk to you on msn about them and we can motivate each other
