And then in blank picture...paste and you'll have just the graph

I'm sure theres an easier way but that works

if this is from paint, on the sides / corners there is a small box which lets u resize the image.

easiest way- just resize the picture the way u resize any normal thing like folder/browser etc
2nd way- cut the area u want ctrl+c open->new->ctrl+v

Just paste in Powerpoint as is and crop the picture with the crop tool in Powerpoint.
There's also an option on the picture toolbar to make the white color transparent. Just look at the icons in ppt and what they do.
