Been grinding away at NL10 for past week, when I am not working my FT Job.

Here are some stats. I am on a mac, so dont think its as fancy as the Poker tracker programs for PC...

Looking at my position stats, I seem to be leaking when in the blinds. Would this be because I am just flat calling/checking too much? Or am I actually being too defensive and betting on blinds and loosing on flop? If you look at my top hands lost for me, I have not played T6 once, and its my 3rd loosing hand lol. This could mean alot of folds on blinds? I honestly don't know

I feel a little annoyed that sometimes when I make good progress, then loose alot of chips on a hand with a strong preflop and flop, but only to get called by fish and to hit on the runner. Frustrating!

You are clearly completing too much from the SB (and probably a little bit too much elsewhere too). I only do this in multiway pots with SC's or AX suited type hands and often with small/mid PP's when I have good implied odds (guys are full stacked). When you call ask yourself why you are calling. What hand are you hoping to make and does it have the ability to win a big pot if you hit. I knwo that is a bit simplistic but if you don't have a good answer then fold (or raise!).

Looks like the games are very limpy - 40% seen flop in the BB but only 12% VPIP - seems reasonable. You are always going to lose money in the blinds long term (hence the T6 stat) so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I guess with what you have above I would look at the %won when played figure, look at the lowest %'s and try to find out why they are so low.

You probably need to look at position a bit more too as your stats from seats 1 -> button are very similar. You should have a wider opening range nearer the button and tighten up in early position.

Really appreciate that 4Kingell. Thanks. It helps so much when you have been grinding away for hours and hours and for someone with fresh eyes to give some advice! I don't like to limp in, and I would def say when possible, I will raise preflop when entering a pot. I think im weak when i am UTG. How do you play hands like AT, AJ, AQ UTG in a 6 seated table?

raise them UTG, you can stick to raising ATs and all AJ/AQ UTG.

definitely tight up from the blinds

It's quite normal to lose in the blinds (everyone loses in the blinds)

from utg I raise something like 22+, AT+, Axs, KQ+, KJs, 87s+
But if the table is filled with calling stations and since you're pretty new to the game you might want to skip playing the 87s+.

If you feel like taking a tighter approach to the game, which might be best to begin with and on NL10. I don't really know how ppl play there, you can raise like 88+, KQ(s)+, AJ(s)+

I think the guys covered that. I would think taking Barbieman's tighter approach UTG at NL10 and being fairly new is better imo but as you move to NL25 and get more experience moving towards the looser range is better.

Yeah it is. It seems to be the best program I have come across. There was another one, but it does not have any graphs or anything like that. Only bad think about Poker Co-Pilot, is that the stats on hands won without showdown etc, are all done in % format, and not in $ format, which is what PT3 does. So as you can see, it doesnt really show you too much as the % will generally stay around same, or gradually go up or down over time.
