I think it's actually valid, because the dumber you are, the more poor situations one finds oneself in, which gives the idiot MORE chances to luck out.

I actually remember reading something similar on a poker thread, that good players rarely "luck out" because to luck out they had to be behind when they put in the money in the first place. Good players (high int) rarely get the money in bad, hence don't have the opportunities to be lucky. They only have opportunities to be unlucky.

I think you're onto something here, altho I think it's more like:
Luck = c * Intelligence^-(opponent's iq / 10)

Luck in an individual hand can be determined by substituting the power term with -(cards left in deck - opponent's outs).

im not good but this applies 100% to NITs like me lol.
since you're almost 80% ahead in most cases, you rarely get a good laugh out of a stupid suckout by you. thus tilt control is like a must for nits to be profitable, coz ur gonna go crazy about all the "retards" getting lucky

Yeah but since they push ahead a good portion of the time, they're winners on the long run ? And if bad players were losing all the time they wouldn't keep playing the game and quit, thus the game would die w/o fishes, the sharks would starve. CQFD.

Odds are exactly 50%, either happens or it doesnt

I thought about this, and I think it doesnt make much sense.
Look, if a retard gets his money in behind 100 times, and lucks out 20 times of it, it is the same, as if a good player gets his money in behind 10 times, and lucks out 2 times.
In relation, it is the same, but of course you are right to say that they luck out MORE in total numbers, but if you want to be precise, they have the same luck as a good player.

lmao. that's intellege"nce" not intellige"nt", and you have to figure out a number for yourself to put in! it might be hard at the begining but keep on trying, and the more it takes you should lower the number as well hahaha

Dont panic I shove alot!
