A buyin a day, keeps the tilting away!
$50 until I hit $500 which means a shot at NL25. How do the games compare to NL10 at NL25? I have heard they are softer and easier, but I want to make sure. I'm hoping by this weekend I'll be taking a shot and possibly be a regular at that limit.
Kinda a brag post, but it's all good!

for a regular player 500 is a very mafor nl25, do u play fr 6max?
i wouldnt move up til i had atleast 750 if i were u |

yeaa NL25 is no different from NL10. just keep playing abc poker, no fancy plays and you'll do just fine  |

i moved up to nl25 with an 850 $ roll br nit 4life. but u just play abc poker. the players on that level play just as bad as on nl10 but they pay multi-streets with mediocre hands so u must show up with an below avg hand

500 is totally fine at nl25. if u drop to 400, just start grinding nl10 again till u reach 500. its gonna save u alot of time especially if u see urself as a winner at nl25
nl25 is obviously more aggresive and harder but people dont donk call as much
for people saying nl25 = nl10 that is simply not true |

NL25 and NL10 are not the same imo. But just keep it solid and you'll do fine. I moved up to NL25 at $400 or 16BI. You have to decide when you move up may it be less than or more than 20 buy ins. It's all to do with how confident you are in your game. Take stabs, concentrate hard and don't pull any fancy moves. Move down if you need to.

there are more fish that play nl25, and it has way higher traffic than nl10

Depends on the site... on stars and ub I didn't find it much harder(there's definitely a difference though), more regs and a few of them are actually thinking tags instead of brainless nits. On FTP it felt almost identical. |

Thinking TAG's are still very, VERY rare as far as I know on any level below 100NL... I mean, I played upto 50NL on PS and Γ'd try hard to think of at 3 players there that aren't either very bad or huge nits and aren't members of LP.net...
The best players I've seen on all the lower limits all are members of LP.net... Try practicing avoidance hehehe... |
