so i decided to practice some HU
SO far i am down 6 buy ins on NL50 HU in my first session >-<
I decided to start HU for several reasons
edit now its only - 3 4/5 buy ins
1.) I am easily bored of 8tabling Nitring after like 2h and i think HU will motivate me to keep going.
So like i start the session with 2h 8tabling Nitring then i make a break and start 2h session 2tabling HU
2.) I am originally kinda agressive and i like agression
Fullring doesnt fit my natural desire ... HU is much more fun
3.) I ve seen some pretty good instructional videos on Nl50 - Nl200 HU recently and therefore i think i have a half way decent gameplan.
Although i am down a good amount i still feel like its major + EV when chosing the right villians.

is there lower stakes you can play while learning?

what is -8 buy ins ? u lost tyring HU or what ?
or u have only 8 buy ins for NL100 HU ?
25 minutes after that blog entry i managed to go from - 6 buy ins to - 3 4/5 buy ins ^^
HU is just so much more fun than FR ...
And i think when i mix those 2 , i ll be able to play a lote more while staying concentrated and having fun
NL50 is the lowest HU stake that makes sense
all others the rake kills your Edge ! |

There's a nice 100nl-200nl series on CR by LJJones which is awesome, and Raptor posted a good HU vid too a month ago. |

oi u dont need to get defensive at all i wasnt saying anything to degrade u or criticise u !!
HU is hard, all i was saying was 8 buyins is a harsh amount to lose when you're taking a shot at something, be it heads up, 6 max, etc. and the variance at HU is huge i have heard so of course its going to be hard!
