I plan on not checking my cashier/PT ring game stats for 1 week or 2 weeks at a time. Goal is to play my best and not let results (positive or negative) affect me.
Poll: Not checking results for 1+ week at a time, good or bad?
(Vote): good - interesting idea/concept
(Vote): bad - stupid
(Vote): dont care/indifferent to the idea
So far, I know my session started off horrible but I think I bounced back to close to even, +/- 1.5bi and I desperately want to know :/

I think not checking until you're finished with a session is a good idea; one week is overkill  |

we're in tune, i've defintiely been way too results oriented and one of hte things I've decided on doing was not checking results so often. One week is a little long but I'm trying to go every few sessions or days |

i only check when i need to use the cashier for cashing out (about twice a month) or when i need to use fpps. youll still have a rough idea though. except i underestimate my winnings on the superdays and underestimate my losses on the truly horrible streaks. |

the problem with stars is that you actually see your cashier when you sit at the tables :/
Not looking at your cashier during a session is a good habit to have imo |

sounds like a dumb idea really. Id stick to only watching the cashier at the end of each session or something. |

You may lose more during a session than you would otherwise, had you implemented some sort of stop-loss and checked the cashier... gl! |

Its a really bad idea. First and foremost because you won't be able to do it. Secondly it more or less proves that your insanely results oriented and can't focus based on caring too much about whether your winning or losing. You won't suddenly be ignorant of the fact that you're having a bad session just because you refuse to check the cashier. Try establishing a habit of making money AND building your bankroll so that you can enjoy the process rather than just feeling the swongs of a BR without really taking any benefits for yourself from this game. |
