if you want to make it a real challenge ie me playing less hands and achieiving the same goal I'll attempt to finish this bet in 30k hands for 3:1 odds.

actually i'll take 3.5:1 on 20k hands to get from $50 to nl25

NL2 -> $100 br, assuming 10ptbb/100 winrate thats 12.5k hands
NL5 -> $200 br, assuming 10ptbb/100 winrate thats 10k hands
NL10 -> $500 br, assuming 8ptbb/100 winrate thats 18.75k hands

thats a little bit more than 40k hands, im not sure how good of a player you are but i think any decent NL50 or NL100 reg can get those winrates. giving pretty bad odds imo

on the other hand you'd need to average around 20ptbb/100 to go from $50 to $500 with your management rules in 20k hands, pretty sick heater

my very first bet isnt about the money/hands something insane like that, it's purely about my discipline. I have none, it's about me having some reason to not be a retarded tilt monkey.

for the 20k hand bet It's pretty close with given odds

I think I can clear nl2 in 3-5k hands
nl5 in 4-6k hands
and nl10 isnt deepstacked anymore, so it becomes much harder to hold a sick winrate.

so we're looking at 9-13k hands to clear nl10

this means i need about a 15ptbb/100 winrate or higher.

I usually massively table, but if someone takes me up on this bet i'll cut down on my tables and really focus on my play.

im not really sure any of this is worth it to any of you or myself though.

the time i'd spend 4tabling those 20k hands i could already prob be at a decent stake and not risk losing my betting money anyway.


also, for everyone unawed at my time-restraints, I work sometimes up to 12hours a day and I also work 7 days a week (Sundays are only half days though)

see how motivated you are to put in lots of hands when you're working that much.

I'll take the 3.5:1 on 20k hands for your $200 vs my $700. That is really really difficult following a 20bi rule, but I hope it gives you motivation and confidence. Who will hold the money, and is anyone in with me on this?

I can attest to the fact that he is VERY likely to lose this just by playing out of his limit and going broke. Or going on mega tilt and going broke. So it's not a bad bet to take on, hehe.

The funny thing is, you could beat this only playing 10nl, arguably even 5nl (though slower, PS has their 5nl at 200bb deep..valuetown is that much closer). There isn't much else to do but nit up at 13/6/infinity and watch the money come in. Maybe your first 5k hands can be 5nl to get 10bi, but after that it's smooth sailing. I'd estimate $100 per 5k hands at 10nl isn't hard, even with variance. You'll have some days where you'll make half that, 150, or somewhere in between, but at the end you're barely past 35k with $500.

br management is patience, knowing what you want to do, and just doing it. I'd suggest just making yourself play 50k hands of a single limit...you'd get bored as fuck, but you want to be able to do this, right? The 20k hand bet really hinges on how long you stay on crazy heaters, especially starting from $50. You might even be forced to play outside 20bi just to make the $500, which goes against the point of this in the first play. o.O
